Made by attaching the lace to silver wire. Old gold coloured ribbon is stitched to the lace along with vintage and modern beads. A 1920s mother of pearl leaf makes the centre point of the piece. Beads are wound around the wire at the centre and 1960's crystal drops create accents. Bead weaving finishes the ends of the fabric and attaches it to the silver more firmly. The piece is fastened with lengths of plain white satin ribbon.
